Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase made on lheure-calme.com from L'Heure Calme, Via di Passo Lombardo 341, Rome, Italy, VAT 18609571007 ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully — by placing an order you accept them in full. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights granted to consumers by Italian and EU law (in particular the Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005).

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do our best to display accurate colours and dimensions, but slight variations are inherent to handwoven products.

2. Orders and contract formation

An order becomes a binding contract when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues or stock errors.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and the providers it supports (cards, Apple/Google Pay, etc.). We never see or store full card details.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, in accordance with Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise the right, send a clear written statement to kamergroups@gmail.com before the deadline expires.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We refund the price (including original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity (24 months)

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code: if the item is defective or non-conforming, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund within 24 months of delivery.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the products purchased, except in cases of intent, gross negligence or where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g. consumer rights or product liability).

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site (images, text, designs, logos) belongs to L'Heure Calme and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the consumer's place of residence where mandatory law applies, otherwise the courts of Rome. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform.
