Refund policy

In line with EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days from delivery to return your order for any reason. To start a return, email kamergroups@gmail.com with your order number.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are refunded for full-order returns.
